Gentle Balance on Mother Earth

You may find yourself feeling confused and scattered ... as you [attempt] to focus on multiple tasks at once.
Perhaps you have set some lofty goals for yourself and are now feeling overwhelmed in trying to achieve them, or you may be carrying a heavy workload and feeling stressed as you [attempt] to meet deadlines.
Though your motives for taking on a large burden may be justified, you may also want to reconsider whether it is necessary to do so.
Rather than putting forth unreasonable demands, you can instead focus a spirit of love and gentleness on yourself [everyday].
This can not only balance your stressed mind and make you feel better, but it can also ease tension and create stronger efficiency in your work.
Being gentle with ourselves encourages a deeper sense of inner harmony and a more peaceful existence.
A strong, motivated drive can result in great leaps of progress in our lives, but it can also leave us feeling worn down and confused.
{A Healthy Mother Earth depends on a deep core of harmony and peace in existence.}
Rather than pushing ourselves beyond our limits of endurance, we can instead choose to be gentle and loving with ourselves.
Resting when we're fatigued, taking personal time for ourselves, and respecting ourselves with a balanced workload helps us keep our focus strong.
Our efficiency improves, and we find we are able to accomplish approximately the same amount of work with less stress and fatigue.
You can bring a sense of peace and balance back into your life ... if you simply embrace a spirit of loving gentleness toward yourself in all you do.
